Development Platforms

We at Creative Headline would suggest our worthy customers a few things to consider before you step forward to building your next idea.

Standard CMS

Standard CMS is software that has a predefined interface and some base functionality. These CMS tend to allow for a certain degree of personalization for the user to adjust it to their needs. However, there are more significant limitations.

  • WordPress
  • Shopify
  • Wix
  • And more

Custom CMS

Custom Web App CMS is the one that’s essentially built from scratch.

They are typically made using open-source frameworks (code libraries) that other professionals have created for others to use and optimize turnaround times. This way, the developer can create a custom website that’s 100% adapted to every client’s care needs.

Mobile Apps

A mobile application, most commonly referred to as an app, is a type of application software designed to run on a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet computer.

Mobile applications frequently serve to provide users with similar services to those accessed on PCs. Apps are generally small, individual software units with limited functions. This includes apps for IOS and Android phones and tablets.

Scaled Agile Framework

Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a set of organizations and workflow arrangements proposed to guide enterprises in scaling lean and agile practices. SAFe promotes collaboration, alignment, and delivery through large numbers of agile teams. It is developed by Scaled Agile, Inc.

System Planning

The most critical phase in the process of system building is the planning phase. Here, we get to outline the process we want to follow, the path we intend to pick and the back up plans we want to keep, by:

  • Outlining and defining the complications, the goals and the resources such as costs and personal.
  • Studying the capacity of offering alternative solutions after meeting with employees, consultants, clients, and suppliers
  • Studying the way to improve your product to make it better than your competitors’

So it can be decided whether to:

  • Develop a new system
  • Improve the existing system
  • Let it be the way it is.

Implementation and Deployment

After a complete understanding of system specifications and requirements comes this phase; this is the construction process after having a complete and illustrated design for the system.

System Analysis

We determine and document the consumers’ requirements stating their expectations for the system and its performance.

A feasibility study is made for the project as well; it involves determining if it is economically, organizationally, technologically socially, feasible. Maintaining strong communication level with the clients is very important to ensure you have a clear idea of the final product and its functionality.

System Testing and Integration

The process of testing involves combining different components and elements together to form a complete unified system; afterwards introducing and exposing the system to different inputs to acquire and analyze its outputs, behavior and its functions.

System Design

After a clear understanding of customer’s requirements, comes the design phase; this phase involves defining the components of a system, the security level, architecture, modules, and the different interfaces and data types that goes through the system.

Initially a simpler design is created with a pen and a paper to outline the look and functionality of the system, and then a more thorough and detailed system design is created that meets all the technical and functional requirements both physically and logically.

System Maintenance

This phase is the most important phase as it involves periodic maintenance for the system to ensure nothing become obsolete; by replacing old hardware and updating certain components to ensure it meets the right standards and the latest technologies to handle security threats.
